At medimall.shop, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If a product does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, please review our clear and transparent return policy for customers in Oman.

⏳ Return Period: 7 Days

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after this period.

✅ Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.
  • The product must not show damage caused by improper use or handling.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidents are not covered by this policy.

🛠️ Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a defective product (for example, a knee massager that does not function properly) or a product different from what you ordered, we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue.

Our team will arrange for the product to be collected and a replacement to be delivered at no additional cost.

🔄 Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email at support@medimall.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your full name, phone number, and order number.
  3. Send a photo or short video showing the issue with the product.
  4. After review and approval, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

💰 Refunds

Since many orders are completed using Cash on Delivery (COD), returns are usually handled through a replacement with a new product.

In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
